I want to say they tried.
So, even though the box is plastic wrapped and the bottle itself has a plastic seal, even still the box was all soaked in oil, the seal was broken, and the box was broken apart.

I was afraid to use it at first and I considered sending it back, I figured since the outside plastic wrap was intact, that it must be okay.

Aside from all that, the product itself was EXACTLY what I had been searching for. It had the exact aroma you think of when you think of cinnamon.

If you remember the toothpicks that were cinnamon flavored, this must be what they used because it’s the EXACT same taste and smell and I love that.
