I used it to clean a color negative from the late sixties of my Dads patrol car; the only one of it;s kind. This alcohol cleans very well and left zero residue! No damage to the emulsion; very relieved it work so well with out destroying negative.

It seems to be 99% pure, as labeled. I use it for cleaning paint on my vehicle prior to using rubbing compound, for cleaning surfaces that need a final clean with no oil residue, and for items that need to be completely sterile before using, like cosmetic bottles.

Was having a speaker connection issue, guessed that it might be oxidation on the contacts. Used some of this alcohol on a Q-tip and it easily cleaned it, restoring the sound of the speaker!

I always need to have this alcohol in my house but sadly you dont find these in stores. So happy with purchase. great quality for a great price.
